Meet our Team

Dawn Pomponio

Through all my adult life I now realize how much I loved to hold space for women to connect with their amazing body & baby either through my job as a RN & breastfeeding consultant for 40 years, as a Prenatal & Mom & Baby Yoga teacher, and fitness leader for pregnancy as well as outdoor stroller classes.

Now that I am retired from nursing I want to continue to share my experience with you, to hold a space so you feel heard, feel strong, empowered, and confident in yourself as a women & mother.

I have two sons who are grown. I am blessed with one grandson! I love to garden and I keep active with my yoga practice, Pilates, kayaking, camping, and traveling with my husband of a lot of years.

A note from Dawn....

"I am so blessed to be able to witness the transformation of women from pregnancy to birth and beyond."

"What I cherish the most is the long lasting friendships between the women that have formed through Prenatal yoga and the HypnoBirthing classes."
